Terms and conditions of use

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions set out the procedure for making purchases in the online store (hereinafter – the Store), which offers physical goods.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3. The Store owner has the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time by publishing the updated version in the Store.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. All products offered in the Store are new (unless otherwise stated).
2.2. Prices of products are indicated in euros (EUR), including value-added tax (VAT), if applicable.
2.3. The availability of products is limited, and the Seller does not guarantee that a particular product will always be in stock.
2.4. The Seller has the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of placing the order will apply to that purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. An order can be placed by selecting a product and adding it to the shopping cart.
3.2. After submitting the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation to the email address provided.
3.3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, payment card, or other methods indicated in the Store.
3.4. An order is considered valid once the full payment has been received.

4. Delivery of Products

4.1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, using delivery service providers (courier, parcel machine, postal service, etc.).
4.2. Delivery costs and timeframes are indicated in the Store and apply separately to each order.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. The Seller is not liable for delays or losses if the address was provided incorrectly.
4.4. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure circumstances or the fault of the delivery provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product by filling out a withdrawal form and sending it to the Seller.
5.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
5.3. The Buyer covers the return costs unless a defective or incorrect product has been received.
5.4. The refund for returned products will be made within 14 days after the Seller has received the returned product.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Products are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer or as defined in applicable legislation.
6.2. If a product is found to be defective, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
6.3. The Seller is not liable for losses arising if the Buyer has not followed the product’s usage instructions or has used the product for purposes other than its intended use.

7. Data Processing

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. The Buyer’s data is used only for order processing and delivery, as well as for marketing purposes if the Buyer has given consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable legislation.
